Q - What happens when I complete your contact form?

 

A - If you are making an enquiry about a website you require, please provide a brief outline of your requirements. We will then contact promptly with an idea of prices and timescales, as well as any suggestions with regard to your project. You are not obliged to use our services at any stage during this process, so feel free to use the form to ask any related questions you may have.

 

Q - Do I need to send a deposit for the work?

 

A - Yes we generally ask for a 20% deposit from clients.

 

Q - How do I get listed in Google?

 

A - It is free to submit to Google and you can do that here. All websites we design are submitted to Google, Yahoo! and MSN both the main search engines and where appropriate the local versions to.

 

 Q - Will I need to have a meeting?

 

A - In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and 80% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only. However, we are happy to meet with any clients who prefer to discuss their requirements in person.

 

Q - What aftersales support do you offer?

 

A - After the completion of a website project, we are available for after-sales service. Any tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month.
